TERMS & CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
The Member, upon execution of this agreement, hereby purchases a membership to The SPA La Care Aroma for the duration expressly indicated. Membership entitles the member to receive their choice of a Massage(one hour session) or Signature Facial (one hour session) or Reflexology Package (one hour session) or One Eyelash Lifting or Two Packs Awakening or Quick Glow Spray Tan per month (excluding Stone, Specialty, Couple Massage or any other upgrade spa services), and other member benefits such as a fifteen percent (15%) discount on retail products, discounts on gift cards, discounts on additional services and guest privileges. No cash refunds or gift cards will be issued for unused services. All memberships are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The effect of this membership is conditioned upon the receipt of all payments set forth herein. If medical clearance is required or requested by the staff of the Spa La Care Aroma the member must submit such medical clearance documentation to ensure the continuation of such membership. The SPA La Care Aroma reserves the right to cancel this membership at its discretion. Responsible Party: This is an agreement between member and The Spa La Care Aroma and member acknowledges that The SPA La Care Aroma shall not be liable for any performance, services, or liability under this agreement.
ADMISSIONS POLICY:
No person will be denied admission based upon race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, age, marital status, disability or appearance. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 SHALL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM RECEIVING SERVICES IN THE SPA. No children from the age 15 - 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 -18 (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation of a scheduled service of will require advance notice of at least 24 hours PRIOR to any scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in costs to The SPA La Care Aroma, for which you agree to pay a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
LATE POLICY:
The SPA La Care Aroma is committed to providing the best possible spa service at the best possible price. In order to assure that your experience is consistent with our goals, during the current situation, we ask that you kindly check in exactly your scheduled service time and fill out all the forms before your appointment time. We do understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate each member. However, if you are late for your appointment, it will be sometimes necessary to shorten the service in order to accommodate scheduling requirements, or in certain circumstances, to re-schedule your appointment.
HOLD POLICY:
A membership can be paused on hold. You can schedule, use or share with friends and family paid for services while on hold, but you cannot use or share free 30-minute sessions. When a membership has been paused in 3 months or less than 3 months, free 30-minutes sessions are still available; when it is over 3 months, all the free 30-minute sessions will be lost. When the membership is reactive, free 30-minutes will start over.
OTHER MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS:
* Memberships and membership dues are not transferable.
* Members can transfer a service package to a friend or family member with no additional charge.
* The SPA La Care Aroma or its employees or agents shall not be responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or damaged.
* The SPA La Care Aroma reserves the right to change the facility hours as necessary.
